We offer a 100% refund guarantee (minus shipping costs) for UNWORN straps up to 7 days after delivery. If you need an extension, please message us at info@mushiwatchstraps.com and we will help you
Please keep in mind that the returned straps will be inspected for signs of wear or if they have been installed on a watch. If this is the case the refund will not be approved
